UK SHIPPING

• Shipping within the UK is FREE (1st class)

• ’Signed for’ delivery is available from £1.50
  

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD SHIPPING

• Single items are charged at £3

• Each additional item is charged at £1
  

INternational TRACKED Shipping

• Any single item can be sent tracked and signed anywhere in the world for £7

• Each additional item is charged at £1

SPECIAL OCCASIONS

Royal Mail are quite amazing.
Well over 90% of our packages not only arrive but arrive on time.

That said, many of our customers are buying gifts for special occasions. We highly recommend getting tracked shipping for these items because we cannot track a package from our end if tracked shipping has not been paid for.

CUSTOMS DUTIES

Most of our packages are shipped as large letters and it is very rare that customs charges are incurred. To the best of our knowledge, the figure is 0. We regret that we cannot pay these fees should they be incurred.

UPDATE Orders for countries in the EU are now subject to new European tax rules and will incur an additional charge on receipt. For EU orders, please get in touch and we’ll find a solution.
